Decals Empty Decals

Just wondering if people have used decals from other manufacturers and what their experiences are. I'm looking right now for different sizes/variants of the Balkenkreuz. Smaller would be great.

I've used mustang Game system decals- they seem to be the only one that makes German licence plates. You have to cut out each decal as they are't cut/seperated from the sheet.
