Current American tank destroyer rules? Empty Current American tank destroyer rules?

Does anyone have a link, or know which book is being used for the American tank destroyer rules? I have seen 2-3 different versions of them just from the brief browsing I have done taking a look at 3rd since it came out.

These are the ones we are using locally, and many people have adopted for tournaments.
