Hey guys,
After speaking with Wanye at the last event we both agree that the forums are not nearly as active as they need or should be. I think we need to start getting more people on the boards and we need more chats and discussions.

Topics can include, but are not limited to - tactics, rules questions, lists, army questions, new release information, rumors, and light hearted jeering.

Here is my proposal. If we can reach 100 new posts a month I will give away 1 free blister - winner draw at random from any of the active posters during that month. Prizes will be sent out or available for pick up at Dragons Den Games in Saskatoon. Winners choice.

Ah, well there was an event here a week ago Saturday. I didn't play obviously because Shawn and Curtis were going to be there. I believe they had 8 players. A couple days after the event I checked to see if there were any posts regarding the event results. There was nothing, just a post with Shawn trying to track down a lost model. I asked him if he was going to post the event's results. He responded and said he would later that day. 3 days later still nothing so I asked again. His response was a two word one, "sorry forgot". But still no event results. In fact, there have been practically no posts at all on those forums for the past two months. My gentle prodding has probably accounted for about half the posts. Maybe he's just not responding because he knows I'm asking, but seriously as the event coordinator and someone who claims to be trying to grow the hobby that's pretty poor. I'm sure the players who participated would have appreciated a little write up.

Pehaps your embarassed to come to events and be around the others, Curtis has no issue playing here and never seemed to cause an issues with anyone (with the expection of those not attending anyways).

Is it still tough to imagine why people may not want to be around the dynamic duo of Shawn and Curtis?

You said so yourself that all your events sell out. Maybe you shouldn't care that there're some people who don't want to attend the tournaments you run. You often speak of how you want to grow the community, the last couple of days on this forum sure doesn't relay that message to me.

Untrue. The post I deleted was childish name calling. And I had a post from FOW canada e-mailed to me calling the members of this forum losers, so that is untrue as well. Pot calling kettle black?

Sweet! I'm in the banned from FoW Canada club! It's not a very exclusive group, but does have some nice benefits. I guess my last post on FoW Canada thanking Rob for running his event was pretty offensive.
